CICLO is a farm-to-table restaurant in Lisbon, located in the charming Mouraria neighborhood, next to Graça and Alfama. We are located in one of the oldest and most traditional neighborhoods in the capital, known for its cultural diversity and as the birthplace of Fado.

A cozy space, where everything has been designed to make everyone feel comfortable, like at home, in an informal but very attentive atmosphere.

We believe that good cuisine starts with fresh, quality ingredients. That's why we only work with seasonal products, collaborating with small local producers, organic and regenerative agriculture, which allows us to support the local economy, preserve the environment, and work in a circular economy where we support each other.

We are deeply committed to minimize food waste. We use whole fruits and vegetables and we work in nose-to-tail with our pigs, Porco Preto Alentejano do Monte da Silveira or Malhados de Alcobaça, from Porco Saloio, two native Portuguese breeds, raised in regenerative agriculture and 100% outdoors.

We transform our potential waste into sauces, condiments, and seasonings. Whatever we cannot find a solution for, is returned to our vegetable supplier, to be composted. Like this we finish the CICLO.

Our menu changes quite often, based on what is available on the market and always with zero waste in mind. With this kind of approach we are able to offer creative and tasty dishes that value each ingredient in its entirety. We have an open kitchen, promoting direct interaction between customers and staff, creating a relaxed and transparent atmosphere.

The name CICLO (cycle in Portuguese) reflects our connection with the four seasons and also with our personal and professional life journey. Each season brings new ingredients, challenges and opportunities to create innovative and tasty dishes. Like the seasons, we are always evolving, in search of the best for our customers and the environment.
